What Are the Pest Inspection Licensing Laws in Pennsylvania?
PA does not license Pest Inspectors. However, in some cases banks or other loan underwriting institutions may require a pest inspection as a contingency for a loan. This pest inspection course would completely cover that requirement.
Note: The Professional Home Inspector Pest Course is not approved for pre-licensing Pesticide applicators in PA.
